The remodeled existing house is connected by a double height entrance hall to the new extension where open plan living accommodation and first floor master bedroom are orientated to experience the previously ignored sea view. A timber frame construction finished externally with a combination of horizontal cedar cladding and cement fibre panels finished with self finished render.
